The LED Junction Temperature Tester is the only instrument that can measure the LED junction temperature while it is being driven.

It uses its junction as sensor to measure the junction temperature.

The resolution is 0.1^oC and accuracy is 0.5^oC.

I am in the process to build a new tester that eliminate the need of a reference LED.

It will be microprocessor based.

It uses one single LCD display to replace three DVMs.

It uses switches to adjust the current , zero and the gain instead of the 10 turn potentiometer.

It will be available early April 2009.
